- For curry: Heat oil.Add crushed green chilli, half curry patta, salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder. After two minutes add water.
- Beat yogurt and Gram flour(baisan) together. When water boil add this mixture on it. Left it on slow flame till 2, 3 boils.
- Put biggar oil in wok add left over curry patta, garliccloves, red button chilli. When it slightly change colour add it on curry. Then off the stove after 1 boil and dish out.
- For kihchri: soak Rice and masoor daal together for 45minutes.
- Heat oil add garlic cloves, salt when it change colour slightly add 2 glass water. When water boils add soak rice and cook it till water dries.
- Then put it on dum at slow flame.after 15 minutes. Dish out.
