- Grease the plate with oil of the steamer. Take a portion of dough of muthia and shape it into cylinderical shape and put it into plate of steamer..
- Place the steamer plate in the steamer and steam for 30 minutes. You can check by inserting knife or toothpick. If it comes clean or non sticky then it is cooked..
- After that cool the muthia, and cut into slices..
- For tempering : take a pan and add oil, mustard seed, sesame seeds, curry leaves and add the muthia in it and mix it well..
