  1. Take a bowl of imli add water leave 30 minutes..
  2. Heat a presser cooker add dal, chopped potato, bean,lauki, brinjal,etc add some water cover lid and cook 3 whistles. Open pressure cooker after pressure releases and mix.
  3. Another side make a paste of tomato in the mixture.Heat a pan add 2 teaspoon ghee now add rai(black mustard seeds) add hing,red dry chilli,and curry leaves after few minutes add tomato paste and all spices like turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, mango powder, sambhar masala roast 5 to 8 mints..
  4. Now add all masala in dal and water mix proper cook 2 minS after add imli water and salt cook 5 to 10 minuteS and garnish coriander leaves and serve..
