- In a Container add 500 gmWheat flour, Chickpea flour 1 Cup, Semolina 1 Cup, then mix all the Masalas, Coriander Powder, Kasuri Methi, Cumin Powder,Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ajwain Fennel Seeds and lastly add Grated bottle gourd,Curd 1 Cup,1 Spoon oil and mix well.
- Now make a soft dough and keep aside for 10 min after that mix Chopped Green Chillies, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Garlic mix well.
- Now take Dough Divide into equal pieces and make it Cylindrical Shape and put it into the Idli Maker and cover the lid and steam Muthiya for 20 min after that take out from from idli Maker and keep it for 5 min to cool it down..
- Now Muthiya cut it into equal pieces, After that take a Kadhai or Pan add cooking oil put curry leaves, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, Safed til heat for 2 min.
- Now add all the Muthiya mix well and saute it for 5-7 min for make it Crispy lastly add Dessicated Coconut mix well and Serve it hot with Any Chutney or Sauce..
