- Take another wok.put 1tbsp oil and cumin seeds.now,add onion and fried till become transparent..
- Add tomato puree and fried till it leaves oil.Now add turmeric,red chilli powder,aamchur, dhaniya powder,garam masala and salt into it and stir them..
- Add 1 cup of water and as per requirement for the gravy,stir it well.Add koftas into it and boil them for 5-7 mins. On low flame.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve them with chapattis,naan or parantha etc..
