- Prepare 1/2 kg of Mutton.
- Use 2 of Onions (big sized).
- Provide 2 of Tomatoes ( big sized).
- Take 2 tbsp of Chilli Powder (adjust to your taste).
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Provide 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
- Take 1/4 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Coconut.
- Use 1 of Cinnamon.
- Get 2 of Cardamoms.
- Get 2 of Cloves.
- Get 2 of Bay leaves.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- Get 1/2 tbsp of Fennel seeds.
- Take 5 tbsp of Oil.
- Get Few of Fresh coriander leaves.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- Get As required of water.
Instructions to make MUTTON GRAVY | LAMB CURRY | SIDE DISH | COOKER MUTTON RECIPE:
- Clean mutton in water 2 times..
- Chop onion, tomato. Grind coconut, fennel seed, cumin seed into fine paste..
- Heat cooker add oil, add cinnamon, cloves,bay leaves, cardamom one by one.Add onion and stir until it become glassy..
- Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and stir slighty..
- Add mutton and stir for 2 minutes. Now add tomato and cook until oil separate and tomato get mashed..
- Now add coconut paste and add little water and keep for 5 whistles..
- Now if you want thick gravy, cook it in low flame for few minutes and turn off.Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
