- Prepare 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
- Use 1/2 cup of Rice flour.
- Provide 2 tbsp of Rava (semolina).
- You need 1 tbsp of Curd.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- You need As needed of Water.
- Get of Onion (finely chopped).
- Take 1 inch of Ginger (grated).
- You need 1-2 of Green chilli (finely chopped).
- Take As needed of Coriander leaves 2 tbsp.
- Provide 3-4 of Curry leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
Steps to make Wheat Dosa | Godhi Dosa | Godhuma Dosa:
- Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, rava, curd, salt, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and cumin seeds with a water to make thin runny batter..
- Rest for 20 minutes or till flour absorbs water..
- Make sure you are using a pan that does not have a non-stick coating..
- Add few drops of oil smear it well..
- Rub the tawa with a small piece of onion and heat it..
- When the tawa is hot, pour the batter thinly from a little height. do not spread it like a normal dosa..
- Drizzle some oil towards the edges..
- Let the base turn crispy golden brown. Keep on medium flame to cook..
- Your dosa is ready..
- Serve wheat dosa immediately with onion-tomato chutney or coconut chutney..
